sensors for nearly 50 years. They produced The first solid state colour mark
sensor.
In the early part of 2000 Visolux was acquired by Pepperl & Fuchs. Pepperl &
Fuchs's
product line currently includes a large range of through beam,
retro-reflective and diffuse reflective sensors, background
suppression scanners, fork shape sensors, colour mark detectors,
luminescence and laser registration scanners, fibre optic sensors,
data transmission over infrared, laser based distance measurement
sensors, etc. Inductive, capacitive and ultrasonic sensors and micro
processor base inductive loop detectors round out the product range
of non contact sensing. Many of the Visolux names have been
